CodeCrane exists for one reason: building a proper website from scratch takes too long, and hiring a developer to build one from a blank page costs too much. We build the whole thing once, to a high standard, and let you take it away and make it yours.
What we do
Every product in our shop is a website unit — a complete, working website for a specific type of business (an estate agency, a sports club, a hair and beauty salon, a dating platform, a news aggregator, a mutual home exchange service, and more) built with PHP, MySQL, and a modern responsive design. Each one includes everything needed to run it: the full source code, a database schema, an installer script, and setup documentation.
You get it one of two ways:
- Self-install — download the zip fileset and
schema.sql, upload it to your own hosting via cPanel or FTP, run the installer, and you're live. - Install Service — tell us your hosting details and we install and configure it for you, so you never have to touch a terminal.
Why a website unit instead of a template?
A theme gives you a look. A website unit gives you a working system — products, bookings, listings, members, whatever the business needs — already wired up to a real database, with an admin area to manage it day to day. You're not starting with a blank page and a design; you're starting with a business that already runs.
Who we build for
Small business owners who need to be live this month, not next quarter. Agencies and freelancers who want a solid, professional starting point they can customise and re-skin for clients. Anyone who would rather spend their budget on marketing and stock than on redeveloping a booking system that's already been built a hundred times before.
Our standards
Every website unit we sell is built the same way we'd build it for ourselves: clean, documented code, a proper database structure, responsive design that works on a phone as well as a desktop, and an installer that does the boring setup work for you. We test the install flow before anything goes on sale.
