Who actually does the setup?
You do it, with help: our guided installer walks you through every step in your browser, checking your server's PHP version and settings automatically as you go so nothing is left to guesswork.
Our team does it. Once we have your hosting details, we upload the fileset, create the database and run the installer on your server ourselves — you don't need to open cPanel at all.
How long until it's live?
Most website units are up and running in 15–30 minutes from starting the installer, provided your hosting already meets the basic PHP/MySQL requirements listed on each product page.
There's no fixed appointment to book. Once your order and hosting details are with us, we complete the setup and email you the moment your new site is live.
What does each option cost?
Nothing extra. It's included in the website unit's own price — there's no separate installation charge if you're happy to set it up yourself.
A one-off fee on top of the unit price, shown clearly at checkout before you pay — it varies by product, and you'll never be charged it without seeing it first.
What about my domain and hosting?
Bring your own domain and hosting, or add one of our hosting plans at checkout. Either way, you register the domain and get server access yourself before running the installer.
The same choices are available at checkout, but once you've supplied the details — or asked us to register a domain for you — we handle the server-side setup ourselves.
Which one is right for me?
Choose this if you're comfortable with basic cPanel or FTP tasks — uploading files, creating a MySQL database, and clicking through a setup wizard in your browser.
Choose this if you'd rather not touch server settings at all, and just want a working, tested website handed to you, ready to use.
